Mr. Bobbitt has 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and management. Prior to founding KnowledgeLab, he has held the titles of Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an e-commerce software company, President of a Client Server Integration and Consulting start up and managed Marketing and Sales operations for CompuCom Systems a national multi-billion dollar computer reseller. Specific expertise includes budget responsibility for a multi-billion dollar sales operation, sales, management, profit and loss, compensation, sales training, process re-engineering, accessing venture capital, business acquisitions, marketing plan development and business event management.

Mr. Hough has over 33 years experience with software development focused on complex enterprise accounting and telecom systems. He has managed numerous development teams for Fortune 500 companies. His extensive experience includes numerous languages and platforms. Mr. Hough's accomplishments include development, installation, and support of an online accounting system for collecting and costing telephone calls. The system dynamically generated billing statements, while maintaining the general ledger and account receivable. Mr. Hough is an excellent manager and mentor with numerous accredidations in software development.
